Sakit Belakang... wuwuwu...sob3...=(

Camano neh??? Sakit bertambah sakit...huhuhu..sedey2

Ape masalah sebenar aku ney eh...keje sakit belakang jer...
Nak temankan Mr.Hubby pon dah x ligat cam dulu...baru bape hari kawen neh...kang Mr.Hubby cari pengganti cane???? Waaa!!!! Ya Allah mintak dijauhkan perkara camtu...sob3 =(

Cari2 rawatan kat tenet tgk...yang ni macam boleh diamalkan. InsyaAllah...akan diusahakan balik kang..hmmm (muka tekad)

Good and Bad Exercises for Low Back Pain

Lower Back Pain: How Exercise Helps

You may feel like resting, but moving is good for your back. Exercises for lower back pain can strengthen back, stomach, and leg muscles. They help support your spine, relieving back pain. Always ask your doctor before doing any exercise for back pain. Depending on the cause and intensity of your pain, some exercises may not be recommended and can be harmful.

Try: Crunches

Lie with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Cross arms over your chest or put hands behind your neck. Tighten stomach muscles and raise your shoulders off the floor. Breathe out as you raise your shoulders. Don’t lead with your elbows or use arms to pull your neck off the floor. Hold for a second, then slowly lower back down. Repeat 8 to 12 times.

Avoid: Toe Touches

Exercise is good for low back pain — but not all exercises are beneficial. Some may aggravate pain. Standing toe touches, for example, put greater stress on the disks and ligaments in your spine. They can also overstretch lower back muscles and hamstrings.

Avoid: Sit-ups

Although you might think sit-ups can strengthen your core or abdominal muscles, most people tend to use muscles in the hips when doing sit-ups. Sit-ups may also put a lot of pressure on the discs in your spine.

Try: Hamstring Stretches

Lie on your back and bend one knee. Loop a towel under the ball of your foot. Straighten your knee and slowly pull back on the towel. You should feel a gentle stretch down the back of your leg. Hold for at least 15 to 30 seconds. Do 2 to 4 times for each leg.

Avoid: Leg Lifts

Leg lifts are sometimes suggested as an exercise to “strengthen your core” or abdominal muscles. But lifting both legs together while lying on your back can make back pain worse. Instead, try lying on your back with your right leg straight and left leg bent at the knee. Slowly lift right leg up about 6 inches and hold briefly. Lower leg slowly. Repeat 10 times, then switch legs.

Try: Wall Sits

Stand 10 to 12 inches from the wall, then lean back until your back is flat against the wall. Slowly slide down until your knees are slightly bent, pressing your lower back into the wall. Hold for a count of 10, then carefully slide back up the wall. Repeat 8 to 12 times.

Try: Press-up Back Extensions

Lie on your stomach with your hands under your shoulders. Push with your hands so your shoulders begin to lift off the floor. If it’s comfortable for you, put your elbows on the floor directly under your shoulders and hold this position for several seconds

Try: Bird Dog

Start on your hands and knees, and tighten your stomach muscles. Lift and extend one leg behind you. Keep hips level. Hold for 5 seconds, and then switch to the other leg. Repeat 8 to 12 times for each leg, and try to lengthen the time you hold each lift. Try lifting and extending your opposite arm for each repetition.

Try: Knee to Chest

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Bring one knee to your chest, keeping the other foot flat on the floor. Keep your lower back pressed to the floor, and hold for 15 to 30 seconds. Then lower your knee and repeat with the other leg. Do this 2 to 4 times for each leg.

Try: Pelvic Tilts

Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on floor. Tighten your stomach by pulling in and imagining your belly button moving toward your spine. You’ll feel your back pressing into the floor, and your hips and pelvis rocking back. Hold for 10 seconds while breathing in and out smoothly. Repeat 8 to 12 times.

Try: Bridging

Lie on your back with knees bent and just your heels on the floor. Push your heels into the floor, squeeze your buttocks, and lift your hips off the floor until shoulders, hips, and knees are in a straight line. Hold about 6 seconds, and then slowly lower hips to the floor and rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 8 to 12 times.

Lifting Weights May Help

Done properly, lifting weights doesn’t usually hurt your back. In fact, it may help relieve chronic back pain. But when you have acute (sudden) back pain, putting extra stress on back muscles and ligaments could raise risk of further injury. Ask your doctor whether you should lift weights, and which exercises to avoid.

Try: Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic exercise strengthens your lungs, heart, and blood vessels and can help you lose weight. Walking, swimming, and biking may all help reduce back pain. Start with short sessions and build up over time. If your back is hurting, try swimming, where the water supports your body. Avoid any strokes that twist your body.

Try: Some Pilates Moves

Pilates combines stretching, strengthening, and core abdominal exercises. Under the instruction of an experienced teacher, it may help some people with back pain. Be sure to tell your teacher about your back pain, because you may need to skip some moves.

Piza...cap Sg Buaya...hehehe =p


Bila balik umah ney...mula la x senang duduk...rasa gatal je tgn nak godek2 apa yang ada dalam fridge tuh...hehehe

Bahan - bahan untuk roti :
  • 2 cwn tepung gandum
  • 1 sudu mkn yis segera
  • 1 sudu mkn minyak
  • Secubit garam
  • Air suam secukopnye...
Bahan utk sos :
  • 1 biji bawang besar (sederhana)
  • 1 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 sudu besar cili boh (kalo suka pedas la)
  • 4 sudu besar tomato puree
Topping :
  • Sosej potong nipis2
  • Canned nenas potong kecil2
  • Cili capsicum potong kecil2 jugak...
  • Mozarella cheese (bahan paling utama)
  • Mature cheddar cheese (slice cheddar pon bole, x letak pon bole)
Cara - caranya :
  1. Gaul semua bahan kering.
  2. Campur minyak, gaul rata.
  3. Masukkan air sikit2. Uli hingga lembut.
  4. Bila dah cukup lembut & ringan, rehatkan doh. Ketepikan.
  5. Bila doh dah naik 2x ganda size ia, tumbuk doh & uli hingga smooth.
  6. Bahagikan 2 bahagian, pastu gelek ratakan.
  7. Sapu sos rata, tabur topping...last sekali tabur cheese.
  8. Bakar dalam oven yang udah dipanaskan, 180C 20 mins.
  9. Selesai.

Ada gambo sebelom bakor jer....yg dah bakor x sempat nak klik...dah licin...hahahahaha =p

Piza Megi cap Ayam...versi tgah kebulor... =p


Hahaha...ini sendiri bikin arrr...xkn jumpa kat mana2 tempat lain kat muka bumi nih...x caya udah...nak wat nye senang jer...keypoint nye...guna jer ape yg ada...*wink2

Bahan-bahan :
  • 2 bungkus megi (flavour ape pon boleh)
  • Air panas utk rendam
  • Chicken floss / serunding / serdak lebih2 rendang Raya...hehehe
  • Sos pasta / salsa / kalo xde belasah je letak sos tomato + sos cili THAI
  • Mozarella cheese (yg ni wajib...kalo x, xde aroma yg menusuk jiwa... =p...tp kalo xde cheddar keping2 tu pon layan)
Teknik diperlukan :
  1. Rendam megi dlm air panas sampai lembut (cam nak wat instant megi tuh..goreng style)
  2. Pastu, taruk rata dalam loyang. Buh rata sos...tabur chicken floss. Last skali, tabur mozarella...nyum..nyum...heeeee..
  3. Masuk ke dlm microwave. Kite bakor aje...medium heat, 5min.

Ini wat kat ofis...5 minit je...lesap...licin..huhuhu

Genap Sebulan dah Sayang..^_^

Hahaha...muka terkezut...kih3...

uuuuuu....sedapnyeee...lazattttt....^_^

Suka la tu..dapat udang besor...pastu nanti tergaru2 ye sayang...haishh...

Choc Chip Muffin

hahaha....hajat di hati nak wat muffin neh...tepek resepi duluu...

Bahan-bahan ( lebih 20biji..ikut size cup )

  • 250gm tepung
  • 2 sudu teh baking powder
  • 1/2 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
  • 2 sudu besar serbuk koko
  • 175gm gula
  • 150gm coklat cip
  • 250ml susu segar
  • 90ml minyak
  • 1 biji telur A
  • 1 sudu teh esen vanilla

Cara-cara

  1. gaul semua bahan kering dalam satu mangkuk.
  2. gaul bahan basah dalam mangkuk lain n masukkan campuran bahan kering tadi. gaul rata, masukkan coklat cip, gaul lagi.
  3. letak dalam papercup, tabur coklat cip lagi jika suka. bakar selama 20min.

Chocolate Walnut Brownie

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2tsp vanilla essence
4 medium eggs
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup flour (common wheat)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts

1) Melt the butter. Add in sugar and vanilla. Put together egg, 1 by 1...whisk nicely. Owh ya...by now, u should turn off the heat.
2) Add in cocoa, mix well. Combine with flour, baking powder ( in case of emergency, belasah pakai soda bicarbonate pon bole...heee) and salt.
3) Finally, mix the nuts (just use spatula will do).
4) Bake in 180C for 25min. (Microwave pon bole...medium heat, 15min da masak...hehehe)

dah 3 minggu rupanya...!!!

Sedar tak sedar rupanya dah 3 minggu kami sah bergelar suami isteri.
Alhamdulillah, he is very charming n caring. Sementara dok berjauhan ni keje merindu2an je la...bini mane x sayang laki oiiii... (nak2 yg bulat comey cam papa bear...pelok tido x hengat nak bangun dahhh...heee =p)

Yang atas kat Rawang, bawah kat Arau. Gambo dari fotografer x siap lg...tepek je la gambo2 dari fotografer amatur...asal boleh nyah...hehehe


Ni nak tepek sikit gambo kat Perlis...kunun2 outdoor la.
Ha...location kat Tasik Empangan Timah Tasoh.

Tempat ni mmg cantik, nak2 petang time matahari turun...reflection cahaya matahari 2 menyentuh jiwa...huhuhu...btol neh...tak tipu punya maaa.....

Cuma yg kurang syok...xtau la nape...kejinakan aku pd kamera arituh berada pada tahap kemerosotan yg mengecewakan. Ade je kecacatan yg kelihatan pada gambo..haish.
Neway, credit to Lan (fwen of my Hubby)...nice photos though. Cam nak wat photoshoot lg pulak....hehehe

Haa....our next plan, nak g honeymoon pulak (yeaayyyyy!!!!) Most posibbly dalam negara la.
